CRISP CHEDDAR CHEESE POTATOES 
6 cups (5 or 6 medium) potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 cups chopped onions
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. bread crumbs

Combine potatoes, butter, salt and onion. Mix well. In a 9x13 baking dish alternate layer of potatoes and cheese ending with cheese. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes, covering potatoes the first 15 minutes of baking time.
