CHEESE ZUCCHINI CRISPS 
1/3 c. cornflake crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash garlic powder
4 sm. unpeeled zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine crumbs, cheese and seasonings and place in plastic bag. Dip zucchini strips in melted butter, then shake in crumb mixture to coat. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes or until crisp. Yields 4 servings.
