CAMPER'S OPEN PIT POTATOES | |
Baking potatoes Salt and pepper Bacon strips Onion slices Wash and cut in half lengthwise as many baking potatoes per family size. Salt and pepper each potato and place a strip of bacon and onion slice between the two potato halves. Double or triple wrap in aluminum foil and toss in the campfire and bake. They bake according to the temperature of your fire, so check them after about 1/2 hour. Have melted butter ready to drizzle over and enjoy. |
