CAMPER'S SOUP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 lbs. zucchini, chunked
2 lg. cans tomatoes, Italian stewed or plain
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. carrots, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat and drain. Add tomatoes and rest of ingredients. Simmer one hour.

There are 3 things I always forget. Names, faces - - the third I can't remember.
