SOUR CREAM CHICKEN DELIGHT 
4 chicken breasts, halved and deboned
8 strips bacon
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup

Wrap 1 strip of bacon around each half chicken breast. Place in 9x13 inch cake pan. Mix sour cream and soup together and spoon over chicken breasts. Bake, uncovered, in 300 degree oven for 2 hours.

Before serving, sprinkle Swiss cheese over the top and leave in oven until melted. Serve with rice.
