SKILLET CHICKEN DELIGHT 
2 lb. cut up frying chicken
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 can Campbell's chicken gumbo soup
1/2 soup can water
2 tbsp. ketchup

Dust chicken with flour. In large skillet, brown chicken in butter. Stir in soup, water and ketchup. Cover and simmer about 45 minutes. Stir now and then. Makes about 4-6 servings.

Very old traditional recipe that came from my aunt's Sunday table. I was just a hungry kid back in the 1960's and told my mother to get the recipe, my aunt said she used the one on the Campbell's soup can. Down through the years I have fixed this dish many times. Thanks Campbell's Soup :)

I rediscovewered this recipe in an old Campbell's soup cookbook. I had made it once long ago and liked it. It's still very good, very easy and delicious!
