CHICKEN DELIGHT PARMESAN 
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
Mushrooms, sliced
Grated Parmesan cheese
6-8 chicken breasts without skin
1/4 - 1/2 c. water

Heat in pan cans mushroom, celery soups with 1/4 - 1/2 cup water. Add mushrooms. Pour over chicken in 13x9x2 pan, greased. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour or until tender. Serve on top of brown or white rice.
