SCOTCH-A-ROOS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. butterscotch chips
1 c. white syrup
6 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix sugar and syrup in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Pour this over Rice Krispies. Pat into a 9"x13" pan. Melt chips and spread on crust. Let set at room temperature.
