CHEDDAR APPLE BREAKFAST LASAGNA | |
1 c. sour cream 1/3 c. brown sugar 2 (9 oz.) pkgs. frozen French toast or 12 slices of homemade French toast 8 oz. sliced boiled ham 2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided 1 20 oz.) can apple pie filling 1 c. granola with raisins Ahead of time stir together sour cream and brown sugar. Chill. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare French toast according to package directions. Place 6 slices of toast in bottom of pan. Layer ham, 2 cups cheese and remaining slices of toast. Spread apple pie filling over top layer of toast. Sprinkle with granola. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Continue baking until cheese melts and lasagna is hot about 5 minutes. Pass sour cream topping to spoon over top. Makes 6 servings. |
