SPINACH QUICHE 
1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease lightly a 9x13-inch pan. Form a crust by rolling out crescent rolls in pan, closing seams tightly and spreading slightly up the side of the pan. Mix cheeses with flour and combine with milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Cook spinach to boiling and drain. Mix together with cheese mixture and pour into pan. Bake 30-45 minutes. Cut in small squares for serving.
