BREAKFAST OMELETTE 
16 slices of bread
8 slices of ham
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
8 slices cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. corn flakes, crushed (or use potato chips)

Butter both sides of bread. Butter sides of 9"x13" pan. Arrange bread, ham and cheese in layers. Place in pan. Pour eggs, milk and seasoning mixture over all. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Take out to room temperature and add crumbs and melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
