GREAT OMELETTE CASSEROLE 
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
2 c. croutons (caesar salad croutons are good)
1 lb. sausage (cooked, drained, broken up)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
8 eggs, beaten

Put 1/2 cup cheese in bottom of 9 x 13-inch or 10 x 13-inch cake pan.

Combine milk, croutons, sausage, salt, dry mustard, onion powder and beaten eggs. Pour in pan. Top with 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake at 325°F 50-60 minutes.

Serves 12.
