CALIFORNIA OMELETTE 
1 (4 oz.) can diced chilies
1 sm. can black olives
3/4 lb. Jack cheese, grated
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped
1 doz. eggs
1 pt. sour cream

Combine drained chilies, olives, cheeses and onion. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Beat eggs and fold into sour cream. Pour over cheese mixture in baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes at 325 degrees or until eggs are set. Serves 8-10.
