Duncan Hines devils food cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
Sm. pkg. chocolate chips
Nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 box powdered sugar

Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg together; press in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with a small bag of chocolate chips and the nuts.

Mix cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar. Spread over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Will be light brown on top.
