NEIMAN MARCUS CAKE 
BOTTOM LAYER:

1 German chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. oil

TOP LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecans

BOTTOM LAYER: Mix by hand all ingredients for bottom layer and spread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Grease and flour cake pan.

TOP LAYER: Mix ingredients using mixer until smooth. Pour evenly over bottom layer of cake. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until top looks like meringue.
