BUTTERCREAM FROSTING | |
1/4 c. butter, softened 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla extract 3 c. sifted confectioners' sugar 1/4 c. milk Cream butter, salt, vanilla and 1 cup confectioners' sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add remaining confectioners' sugar alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition. Beat until smooth and creamy. Adjust confectioners' sugar and milk if necessary for desired consistency. Yield: 12 servings. |
