SAUSAGE BALLS 
1/2 lb. ground hot pork sausage
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. Bisquick

Combine sausage with cheese, then add Bisquick. Make marble size balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 30 minutes at 325°F.

Makes about 60.
