1 lb. mild sausage 3 c. Bisquick flour 10 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese Grate cheese, or you can buy the cheese all ready. Let cheese get soft, let sausage get room temperature. Work cheese and sausage into flour real well. "Use your hands." roll into small balls and bake at 350 degrees until done. Makes 6 or more dozen. Cool. Store in a plastic container. Keep in refrigerator until used. They will stay fresh for several days. |
