SAUSAGE BALLS 
2 1/2 c. Bisquick (use less if sausage is lean)
1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
10 oz. sharp or med. Cheddar cheese

Combine cheese, raw sausage and Bisquick. Roll into walnut-sized balls and freeze. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes on lightly greased pan. Makes about 3 dozen.
