PINEAPPLE LAYER CAKE FROSTING 
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip (at room temperature)
2 large cans crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 large box instant vanilla pudding

Mix pineapple and pudding until well blended. Add Cool Whip and mix well.

Makes enough to frost three 9-inch layers.
