SALMON LOAF 
1 can salmon (pick out bones and skin), use all liquid
2 or 3 beaten eggs
Scant 1/2 c. butter
1 c. rolled cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. tomato catsup
1 tsp. minced onion

Mix all together. Bake 45 minutes in 375 degree oven.
