CURRY CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
4 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. toasted bread crumbs

Cook and drain broccoli, arrange in baking dish. Place chicken on top. Combine soup, butter, lemon juice and curry, pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
