CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. squeeze liquid butter
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1/3 c. slivered almonds

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and drain broccoli. Make white sauce using 1/2 cup butter, flour, milk and salt. Blend in lemon juice. Stir in broccoli, chicken and nuts. Place in 2 quart casserole. Toss bread crumbs with remaining 1/4 cup butter. Spoon onto top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
