CHICKEN CURRY - BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
Chicken parts, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. broccoli spears (boiled)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
Shredded cheddar cheese

Bake chicken. Take off skin and strip chicken off the bones and set chicken strips aside. In separate bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, onion powder, curry powder and lemon juice. Mix well. In large Pyrex dish, place chicken strips to cover the dish. Place cooked broccoli on top of chicken. Cover with cream of mushroom mixed ingredients. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake approximately 35 to 30 minutes or until done.
