CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, cooked (or leftover turkey)
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
5 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. bread crumbs

Cut cooked chicken into bite size pieces. Arrange in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Cook broccoli in salted water; drain. Place on top of chicken. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Blend in flour. Add cheese and broth. Cook until thick.

Add whipping cream, stirring until smooth. Pour over chicken and broccoli.

Cover with bread crumbs and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
