BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
10 oz. package frozen broccoli
6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise

Bring broccoli to rolling boil. Drain. Stew chicken and debone when tender. Arrange broccoli and chicken in baking dish. Mix all other ingredients together. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Top with butter and bread crumbs.

Bake for 30 minutes in 350°F oven.
