CAVIAR SUPREME 
6 hard boiled eggs
1 lg. onion
4-5 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
Pinch curry powder
Pinch white pepper
Salt to taste
2 sm. jars caviar (inexpensive black or red caviar is fine)

1. Chop hard boiled eggs. Add pinch of curry powder, salt and white pepper to taste. Add 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise.

2. Press above mixture into bottom of pie plate.

3. Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter or oil until just transparent.

4. Spoon over egg mixture forming a second layer.

5. Mix 1 cup of sour cream with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Add a pinch of white pepper and salt to taste.

6. Spread the sour cream mixture, making a third layer.

7. Decorate the sour cream layer with the caviar. You can use one color of caviar or two.
