CAVIAR PINWHEEL 
1 oz. black caviar
3 hard cooked eggs
4 green onions
4 oz. red caviar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. parsley, chopped

Chop egg whites and yolks separately, set aside. Chop green onions with tops. Set aside on a round serving dish spread cream cheese evenly, about 8 inches across. Starting in the center of the cheese, mound the black caviar. Sprinkle the egg yolks around the caviar. Next put the chopped onions in a ring around the egg yolks. Then do the same with the red caviar followed by the egg whites. Sprinkle the outer edge with parsley. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with toast points, wheat crackers, etc.
