VEAL CUTLETS 
Salt & pepper
6 veal cutlets

Add 2 tablespoons water to 1 egg and dip cutlets in this and then crush. Post Toasties, brown in fat and put in baking dish. Take 1 can mushroom soup. Blend in 1 cup milk and pour over cutlets. Bake in oven 1 hour at 350 degrees. Do not over lap cutlets in pan.
