BREADED VEAL CUTLETS 
Veal cutlets
Flour
Egg(s) or egg and milk (beaten)
Kraft's Catalina French dressing
Stauffer's cracker crumbs
Mozzarella or Farmer's cheese (sliced)

1. Prepare cutlets: Brush with Catalina dressing. Dip into bowl of flour. Dip into egg (beaten). Dip into bowl of cracker crumbs.

2. After breading cutlets, place them in refrigerator for an hour or more. (These can be done a day ahead.)

3. Brown in electric fry pan with a little Crisco or oil. Then lower heat and continue cooking (covered) until finished (20 to 30 minutes). Top with cheese (melt cheese with lid on). Eat and enjoy.
