MOCK VEAL CUTLETS 
3/4 lb. ground chuck
Salt & pepper to taste
2 eggs
1 c. cracker crumbs

Crumble meat in large bowl, salt and pepper meat. Beat eggs well and add to meat. Mix well. Add cracker crumbs. Shape into patties. Crush more crumbs to dip patties in. Fry in hot fat until brown and done.
