RAISIN PIE 
1 pie crust, unbaked
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. raisins
1 tsp. orange peel, grated
1/2 tsp. lemon peel, grated
1/3 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. broken walnuts

In saucepan combine all ingredients except nuts. Cook until mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir in nuts. Set aside to cool. Fill pie shell and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Yields 8 servings.
