1 can or pkg. spinach
4 eggs (beaten)
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. cubed firm bread (or croutons)
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Drain spinach well (omit cooking if raw). Combine all ingredients and pour into baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
