SPINACH CHEESE BAKE (Microwave) 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
3/4 c. cubed American cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

In 1 1/2 quart covered dish, cook spinach on high for 6 minutes, stirring once. Drain. Stir in flour, then eggs, cheeses, butter and salt. Mix well. Cook on high 9-11 minutes stirring twice. Remove from oven. Top with buttered cracker or bread crumbs. Brown as desired. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
