SPINACH AND CHEESE BAKE 
20 oz. frozen chopped spinach
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and drain spinach. Beat eggs and add flour, grated cheese, cottage cheese and spinach. Melt butter in 1 1/2 quart casserole and add mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Serves 8.
