SAVORY SPINACH SPREAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. oil
2-3 tsp. bottled roasted garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
several dashes of bottled hot pepper sauce
11 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut up

Cook spinach. Drain well; press out excess liquid. In a medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted and heated through. Stir in spinach. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
