BREAKFAST POTATO PIE 
1 pkg. hash brown potatoes
5 eggs
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 slices bacon, cooked and cut

Mix above. Pour into a well greased 10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with bacon and paprika. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Place cold pie, uncovered, in cold oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Makes 6-8 servings.
