QUICK AND ZESTY VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
2 cans beef broth
1 can mixed vegetables
1/2 c. uncooked med. noodles
1/2 tsp. oregano

Brown meat with onion; drain. Salt and pepper to taste. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until noodles are tender. 8 servings, 1 cup each.
