QUICK AND ZESTY VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. lean beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. Del Monte mixed vegetables
1/2 c. uncooked medium egg noodles
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Del Monte Italian style stewed tomatoes

In large pot, brown meat with onions; cook until onion is tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until noodles are tender. 8 servings (1 cup each). Good!
