TOMATO PIE 
1 stick butter
1 can biscuits
2 ripe tomatoes (chopped)
2/3 c. green pepper (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Pat biscuits in pan to form a crust. Put chopped tomato over crust. Saute' onions in butter until tender. Pour onions on top of tomatoes. Mix cheese and mayonnaise together. Spread over mixture. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to cool some before slicing.
