QUICK ZESTY VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) Italian stewed tomatoes
2 cans (13 3/4 oz. each) beef broth
1 can (17 oz.) mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. uncooked med. egg noodles

Brown beef and onion. Add remaining ingredients and cook until noodles are done.
