QUICK VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
1 c. shell macaroni
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef. Add all other ingredients except macaroni and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a boil, add macaroni and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve and top each serving with grated Parmesan cheese.
