QUICK AND ZESTY VEGETABLE SOUP 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) Italian style stewed tomatoes
1 can (17 oz.) mixed vegetables
2 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked med. egg noodles
1/2 tsp. oregano

In large pot brown meat with onion. Cook until onion is tender; drain. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
