TOMATO PIE 
6-8 peeled fresh tomatoes
1 lb. bacon, fried
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. pkg. grated Cheddar cheese

Deep dish Ritz pie shell, cook as directed on package. Let cool.

Fry bacon, crumble into small pieces. Cut a layer of tomato slices in cooled pie shell. Crumble half of bacon on top of sliced tomatoes.

Another layer of sliced tomatoes and rest of crumbled bacon. Spread 1 cup of mayonnaise on top of layers. Spread grated cheese on top. Put in oven and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
