CHICKEN ITALIAN 
4 chicken breasts
1/4 c. Italian dressing
1 c. rice
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots

Stew chicken, tear into bite size pieces. In a large pan mix chicken and dressing, simmer. Push to side after 5 minutes. Add cooked rice to other side of pan. Cook vegetables in microwave according to directions. Put over rice. Add several sprinkles of water. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
