GRANDMA'S ITALIAN CHICKEN 
6 boneless chicken breasts
6 slices mozzarella cheese
6 slices proscuetto ham
12 slices of tomato, cut semi-thick
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
1 c. bread crumbs (also one handful)

1. Cut breasts in half, stem them 5 minutes on one side, then turn over and steam 2 to 3 minutes on second side.

2. In bowl, put bread crumbs while breasts are wet from steam, dip in bread crumbs, both sides, place in baking dish.

3. After all breasts are coated, place one of each in following order: Make layers first proscuetto ham, tomato slices (2 of these) then place mozzarella cheese to cover breasts.

4. Shake and pour entire bottle of Italian dressing over all the breasts, being sure to cover them all.

5. Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes, check at 45 minutes for doneness.
