GRANDMA K'S CHICKEN DISH 
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. seasoned bread stuffing
1 stick butter
1 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk
Grated cheese

Mix lightly bread stuffing, butter and water and put 1/2 of it on bottom of 9 x 12 pan. Mix chicken, onion, celery and mayonnaise together and put on top of stuffing layer. Put rest of stuffing on top of chicken mixture.

Cover with foil, refrigerate overnight. 1 hour before cooking spread 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can milk over dish. Bake covered 40 minutes. Remove and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake 10 minutes more.
