OVEN FRIED ITALIAN CHICKEN 
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
3 lb. cut up chicken
6 tbsp. butter

Shake flour and dry spaghetti sauce mix together in a paper bag. Drop chicken pieces in bag one at a time and shake to coat well. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a shallow baking pan about 9 x 13 inches.

Place coated chicken skin side down, in pan. Dot remaining butter over the chicken. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven 30 minutes. Turn skin side up and bake about 20-30 minutes longer. Serves 4.
