QUICK CHICKEN 
Place 1 teaspoon flour in a Reynold Cookin Bag, shake to coat. Add a couple of pieces of chicken, with or without bones. To this you add your favorite seasonings. Close bag and puncture top with small vent. Microwave on High for about 3 minutes per piece of chicken, or follow your microwave instruction book for timing.

Microwaving your chicken this way stems it so that it stays moist.

Suggestions:

Add Italian seasonings and garlic. When chicken is done, remove from bag, strip off bone, if necessary, cut into bite-size pieces, and place in enough favorite Italian sauce to lightly coat. Heat through. Serve over spaghetti for Quick and Easy Chicken Cacciatore.

Add teriyaki sauce, garlic and onions. When chicken is done, remove from bag, strip off bone, if necessary, cut into bite-size pieces, and serve over steamed rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
