RITA'S POTATO CASSEROLE 
32 oz. frozen hash browns
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 can onion rings
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 soup can milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together in large casserole. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Sprinkle remainder of can of onion rings over top. Return to oven for another 20-30 minutes.
